Course Description

Discussions about workplace hazards often overlook hazards associated with digital screen equipment, manual handling and lone working. This course will discuss these important yet commonly overlooked categories of workplace hazards to help employers, employees, and supervisors identify and manage them accordingly, making this course unique!

This short course, designed by Exoexcellence Consultants, is divided into three distinct topics, each dedicated to a critical hazard category. By completing these topics, you will be able to identify these workplace hazards and their associated risks and manage them effectively. In addition, this course contains graphics and statistics to help commit this knowledge to memory.

Besides the above, we will go over the legal considerations and requirements for each of the concerned hazards. We have taken these conditions from the Health and Safety Executive of the United Kingdom. We have included them to help you gain insight into how to abide by existing laws when dealing with workplace hazards. The course also contains a summary to help you review the critical points. Lastly, you will complete a brief assessment before qualifying for the Alison certificate.
