Course Description

This course will teach you everything you need to know before you start studying Portuguese. We will kick off by demonstrating the most regularly used words and phrases, after which you will hear and practise accurately pronouncing the words and sentences. With all of the varied verb conjugation rules, Portuguese grammar can be confusing at times, but as you move through this course, you will learn how to compose grammatically sound phrases.

Next, you'll learn how some letters are pronounced differently, depending on where they appear in the word and how some are even silent. Furthermore, we will explain how gender affects almost all nouns in the Portuguese language. Subsequently, you will master how to greet others, make negative expressions, and pronounce and inflect various masculine and feminine terms in Portuguese.
