Course Description

This course will rapidly increase your vocabulary and ability to converse in Spanish, so you will be confident speaking the language. The first section of this course discusses cleaning supplies and explains the use of the verb pertaining to each noun. You will also learn reflexive verbs that describe personal care habits, such as "peinarse" and" afeitarse." Notice how these reflexive verbs combine with an action verb and a reflexive pronoun into one single verb.

The second and third sections discuss grammar rules using the new words you discovered to help your understanding. First, we review imperatives and the proper conjugation of imperatives. Understand how direct object pronouns work and master combining imperatives with direct object pronouns to form a single verb that allows you to omit the direct object from a sentence. We introduce reflexive verbs, which combine a regular verb with a reflexive pronoun. Understand how to create reflexive verbs with double pronouns by combining a verb with a reflexive pronoun and a direct object pronoun.

Finally, we help you to polish your listening and reading comprehension skills.
